Few outside Bungie truly know the extent of what was cut from D1-D2 only that both were rebooted midway through development. I can say however...the pyramid ships were seen in the original destiny 1 concept art and only officially seen in D2 post credits. Siva shares a similarity to the pyramid ships and Rise of Iron was called "plague of darkness" internally. Siva symbol was also seen in the original version of exodus down strike description and symbol seen on ship for Nessus concept art. However, this symbol was removed from the version we can select on our bnet profile themes. Food for thought
