Honestly the games while similar are not entirely the same. Warframe shares far more DNA with a game like Diablo since a majority of the content is 4 player instanced with no real open world sans Plains which is actually quite boring at times. Sorry for the misquote in studio size. I had a similar argument with someone who assumed CD Projekt Red was a small dev. Kinda blends together.
