They wont do it because of the 10 year contract with activision. Not only that but more than likely since activision is the publisher there will be restrictions on who it could be sold to. More importantly they wont because activision would count it as a breach of contract and eviscirate bungie if they cant carry out the contract. At this point is looking like it.
