Personally, I think it was taken out of context. I believe he was referring to D1 and Bungie is on record saying that D1 was to hard to program for because of how it was created. So we had content droughts. We aren't even 4 months into this game, already had 1 dlc, one event... that wasnt bad, but was overshadowed by eververse stuff. We have another one the horizon. It really boils down to... what's after that? I would assume a year 2 big update... and maybe sparrow racing or something inbetween.
