Disclaimer: I don't yet own the weapon so I don't have a feel for the amount of skill needed to use it proficiently.
But...perhaps this is Bungie's way of showing why they have not included OP weapons as endgame rewards. Sounds they they have something pretty cool and powerful here, and the screams and cries for its immediate NERF are everywhere.
Perhaps this is why we can't have nice things....

I watched streamers use it last night. It honestly is broken and it's amazing it made it through playtesting. Less than half a second to kill across the map. Pretty sure it's bugged. [spoiler]I Want It Before They Fix It Hehehehehe[/spoiler]
