Better late than never I guess, although its too late for some.
This is your big chance Bungie, don't blow it or it will be more damaging than anything you've (not) done so far.
Good luck everyone, this could be what we finally want to hear, or the final nail in the coffin.
As in its too late for some people, I myself cannot guarantee that I'll be back now regardless of the changes they make and I know plenty of others who have sworn never to invest in a Bungie product ever again. Not to mention the second-hand copies that are flooding games stores right now. As for time needed, it will take a long, long time in my opinion as many of the issues that have upset the Destiny 1 fans so much have been fundamental changes to the games' structure such as the static rolls and the token economy, I can't see Bungie going back on some of these issues and if they do it will take a long time for them to find a suitable alternative that pleases fans and meets their business model going forward. Its a week before the first DLC release, the forums are exploding, the player numbers are dropping and Bungie are still shooting themselves in the foot with moments like the "most rewarding public event ever" disaster. I fully believe Activision called them up and demanded they face the fans or risk the whole 10-year franchise crashing down around them. I'm eager to see what Bungie have to say but at this point it would have to be pretty special to bring me back.
