I/We paid real money for this game and invested more than money, we invested our time and I am glad we are going to get some answers. Constructive feedback is what is needed. When someone calls your baby ugly you get defensive and pull back, You can say "this is not right", but you need to give feedback that is useful, "I suggest this change", and why you would do it.
