I personally think, and i know many people will disagree with it because i post an opinion and nobody likes someone else opinions, that bungie as a company does not care about their game and the community. I got banned for no reason 2( properly 3 i was not at home) days ago in destiny2 , and i don't even know why. According to bungie tweets, every person banned was picked by a person, not a program, so why not tell those hand picked persons what they did? it should not be hard. I did not get an email according the ban, i have no information anywhere that i am banned, and most likely bungie support does not even care, because what are a few hundred people to the global scaling of their successful game. The people not banned do not care, why would they, they don't have the problem and we are the hackers that's why we´re banned. I was thinking about actually spending money on another copy from Destiny 2, because i really want to play it, but for the reason of not knowing what i did wrong, i don't want to do it. I read a post in with a person bought a brand new laptop just to play destiny, installed it with no other program, and after 5 minutes he got banned, does that seem like a hand picked person? No. Bungie member could have time to observe his doing,playing,talking in game, because there was none. I think bungie only wants to cover up their mistake of using a program that banns people, and worked wrong. I know, the best option is to yell "you are hacking/flaming/using third party software", and proving that i did not [enter random reason to get banned] is impossible. Yes i have cheat engine on my PC to tinker with games, yes i used OBS to try to stream Destiny, but no i did nothing on purpose to get an unfair advantage in the game. I would be devastated to find out that the community of destiny gets treated like walking wallets. Bungie seem to only care about the money they spent already, and i am glad i did not buy a full pack at the beginning of season pass and game. I wanted to recommend Destiny to my pals at work for when i came home from holiday, but i highly doubt i will. pfew... letting of steam here, and i´m sorry that i have to, but it pains me to see that companys go away from community support and helping people to taking away every cent and then dropping that person. if you read this far i thank you. I received my email from Blizzard that my money has been refunded. I can only really help people from Germany with the Bank System in with you can refund any Payment without reason 6 weeks after paying, but i hope that other people get their money back. For Destiny 2 is no longer [b]For Destiny is no longer in my possession, i cannot check by starting the game if my account is still banned, so an email when this mess is sorted out would be much appreciated [/b]. I hope that my account still gets unbanned even tho its technically worthless. Im really exited about how Bungie will sort that out
