Or you know. Treat the Gunsmith like an actual vendor? If I need Class Abilities cool down faster when using Arc subclass on a Titan mark why can't just either A) have a rotating inventory so I can just spend glimmer for what I want or B) have the blue mods still be random but at least narrow down the RNG to the specific slot you're looking for (eg class item mods) It's not like I go to Target with 60 bucks and go "I want the new game that just came out" and instead of the clerk going "oh, which one? Several games just came out this week, and on which platform" because I actually got to buy South Park for PS4. Not slam down 60 bucks and hoped the clerk assigned me South Park for PS4. You know what I mean? If he's a vendor, don't you usually buy what you WANT / NEED from a vendor??
