Sounds like it would be most usefull for tacking boss health, which often plays a role in how the enemy behaves, or how the encounter will change. If someone on a well coordinated team knew at what hp% a boss fight changes, you could control the encounter really well

Well that function is terminated because every bosses hp is in 3 parts.
