There seems to be no point to XUR nowadays!
Everything XUR sells, I already have at a higher level. (Multiple times in fact and stashed in the vault) so, what is the point of XUR. If he’s not going to sell something new, then he may as well retire!

However Xur is still useful for those of us who do not have lady luck on our side. I'm still waiting for the Tractor cannon and Orpheus rig to drop,so I would be happy to see the Agent of the nine stocking those particular exotics in his inventory.
