Hello,
Thank you for your report. We are actively investigating issues where players are experiencing console crashes when attempting to load into the Tower.

Can you give an ETA on when this will be fixed? Most times I crash twice and on the third time it works. Really Bungie, I don't pay you money to have your game crash. Have the social element optional at the tower so we can get our stuff done without all this nonsense. We both know that's the reason for the crash - it's the only part of the game where 16 people are interacting in the same space...

Same issue for me - crashes 75% of the time when trying to load into just the tower. All other areas are find including the Farm Thanks

I had problems going to the Tower when I first log in as well. Not sure why, but I've resolved this by restarting my console before playing D2. I usually keep it in rest mode, however when I restart the console and then play I have no connection issues anymore (so far).
