Hello, I just bought Destry 1 the collection brand new a couple days ago, unopened. I tried to put in the codes for the dlc's. It said they are expired. The store it was bought at said I needed to call Bungie. I called your customer service up. The call center was out sourced. The gentleman give me to his supervisor. The supervisor told me my network was unsecured and my account was compromised and the code was stolen. I have a very secure internet and told him so and he then started yelling at me Saying he was the expert. All I was trying to do was find out why my code did not work. But the gentleman would not let me talk and he would scream and I think it's very unprofessional. This was the call center you hire to answer your calls. And I'm hoping somebody can help me with the codes I paid $40 for a new one of the collection when I could've spent five or six on a regular copy of the game. Thank you.

You'll have to contact retailer where you purchased The Collection, as they are responsible for providing working codes with their game sales
