And ruin it YET AGAIN for how it staggers yellow bars in PVE. This is the problem with not having separate gun balances for PVP and PVE. PVP ruins the PVE experience.

Give Mida an intrinsic perk or trait that says shots from this weapon have increased chance to stagger elite enemies or something then remove HCR. It's unique perks aren't that good for PvE as opposed to PvP.

If you like to shoot fast, move fast, and reload fast - it's perfect.
