I did some crucible for the milestone and i played with some people after the first match and we played several others and i only encountered a single player using it and he died...ALOT.....from a handcannon and several melee kills too. So, it is NOT overpowered, now if it had explosive rounds as well, then sure.....but all it has is an active radar....which doesn't help you much at all.
