There is not a counter though, If you go into the optimal range for a hard hitting hand cannon, then they will melt you faster than chocolate in a 200 degree oven. They flinch too much to snipe them and its impossible to melt them unless you are in a healing rift with a full team next to you with arc soul.

BS. Just because you don't have the gun skill to counter it, doesn't mean the gun is OP. If you can land your shots, any other gun can counter it. Better Devils, Nightshade, Scathelocke, Call to Serve, Nameless Midnight, Nergal, Uriel's Gift, Tango-45 and Last Perdition can ALL counter the MIDA, just to name a few.

If you seen the spreadsheet, mida out ttk all of the weapons you listed but scathelocke.

Sorry i have the gun skill, I have a 2 kd, ive played with the nightshade, that cannot match the range of the Mida, call to serve will quickly fall behind the Mida in damage, as the Mida does 4 less damage and fires 20 shots faster per minute. I have the Scathelocke but I am scared to use it as it has a substantially lower range. I have not tried any other weapons you listed but I can come up with a reason they would be worse. I've played my fair share of PvP and comp PvP and I have come to the supported conclusion that Mida is in fact, OP.

KD is irrelevant. I'm a decent player at best and I can counter it. The MIDA is useless in CQC, really good in the mid range (but I think the Nightshade is the best midrange weapon) and excellent at long range, along with almost any other scout. It's not OP, or clearly the best weapon in D2. It's just a.) a very solid/fun gun and b.) since everyone can get this gun, feels like it's everywhere. This is a very balanced weapon. Please don't call for a nerf just because you can't counter.
