Yeah this is the problem once companies make so much money customer service suffers. They don't give a shit that a few people are unhappy, they will make their millions regardless.

Sony will issue a refund if you contact them. It goes back to your PSN account, but I would rather have that then a broken game. I purchased the digital deluxe edition.

They are the king and we can at least be thankful having purchased their product. And because many gamers are young people they just don't care about stuff. Shut quickly up and relate to something different without even turning back. Easy play for publishers etc
