Hi guys. I have lowered the resolution to 1080p in video settings and it worked for me. I have played for 4 straight hours without any error since.
Hdr and hdcp are also off.
1st gen ps4pro + 4k samsung tv

Neat. You only had to turn your Pro into a first gen PS4. Sadly that isn't working for a lot of us.
