Known issue since the beta. Error reports of this crashing issue dating back to April. There is no excuse for this. Even if it's a small percentage of PS4 pro owners. The lack of communication and perceived lack of interest in solving the issue have damaged my belief in bungie andntheor product. I played destiny 1 from launch and loved it, even vanilla destiny. I bought the premium consume with the exclusive content only to find I am unable to play and am potentially in posession of a faulty console. This issue requires immediate communication, and solutions. It does not need Corp speak like investigating with partners. It does not need code words like cabbage. This is an egregious breach in trust, in the covenant (no pun intended) between consumer and company. Address this now bungie, before kotaku or jason shrier get a hold of the story and make your life far worse than a handful of loyal customers who simply want to experience your product. Be better
