I've been playing the beta for a time, and I must say, I'm very pleased with how it is. Bungie is one of a handful of companies that ACTUALLY listen to their audience.
Here are a two things I particularly liked from both facets of the game.
PvE:
Ok, where to start? PvE has changed significantly from the original game. I, for one, LOVE the notion of tougher to kill enemies that have been implemented. It enables strikes, for example, to be more team oriented, and makes reckless moves more of a gamble.
PvP:
I also enjoy playing competitive mode, and not having to worry about getting my nose sniped off as soon as I approach a corner. The fact that these games focus on primary weapons allows for more of a fair fight-- rather than being able to tank with a shotgun.
I would go on, but my tiny phone keyboard is a hassle to deal with.
Overall, I'm pleased with what was delivered. Well done, Bungie, well done.
Edit: I've never edited a post before but 'eergoes.
I would also like to argue the point of a slow super:
I think the move was two-fold--
1. To make the game harder
2. To go along with the narrative with the crippled traveler
Opinions?
P.s. Thanks for the positivity, brothas.

Its not that the enemies are harder to kill, we are just much weaker with less effective weapons. A cheap way to make a challenge. The strike had no distinguishing mechanics or anything. The floor falling out changes the area, yes, but there was no difference between the battle on the first floor, second or third. The boss was something we have seen multiple times. Both in VOG and POE I guess pvp was good but i dont care. Every game has pvp. Not every game has the incredible pve experience that d1 had. Seems like that is going to be put aside for the MLG 360 No Scope eSport This Aint No Game gameplay But opinions are like assholes, everyones got one. Mines just different than yours.
