my pre order code has not been sent. WTF
I preordered but have not received my code for the beta

You would need to retrieve your code here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Codes/ However, the Open Beta begins at 10am Pacific Time. I would recommend downloading the beta then and not worrying about your code now.
