No email with a preorder code would have been sent. You would need to retrieve your code here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Codes/
However, the Open Beta begins at 10am Pacific Time. I would recommend downloading the beta then and not worrying about your code now.

I cannot get into. A lot of the extra features because I have not been given the code. I have money already done with the game. When it comes out I would like access to the full beta.

The code does not grant you any extra features. The open Beta is the same for everyone. If you can not find the open beta by searching "Destiny 2 - Beta" on a console I would be happy to link the online stores.

Also I am in. The better right now and I am not able to access social. because it says I have to pre order the game can you explain this

That is currently a place holder. The social space is not available until Sunday the 23rd at 10am Pacific Time. Having a preorder does not give you access now.

I'm still upset that I was not able to get the beta codes before the. Public beta started kinda makes the pre order. A lot less valuable.
