I went through all the steps listed in this forum on a page relating to this problem (logging out of PSN network, shutting application, restarting console, etc...) nothing works. Still says Silver Sync pending when I hover over silver icon.
I also called PSN and rebuilt database, restored licenses, made sure all ports on my router were open as needed, yet still doesn't work.
This is the only account I have and only played on this PS4, so I know that's not the issue.
I purchased it via the egerverse store in the game.
Please help.
