Can you check to see if your purchase of Silver was for PS3 or PS4 (yes, there is a difference). You may have accidentally purchased Silver for PS3.

Thank you. I have done everything listed in both links. Still says silver Sync pending. When I click on it, bottom says query failed. I can play online so I know it's not a connectivity issue. I submitted a contact for,m as well earlier.
