Bungie you are nerfing hand cannons already again and you do absolutely nothing on the damage drop off on other guns? Especially those sidearms are too OP. In my opinion a hand cannon should always have more range. Even a Last Word. Beyond hand cannons perfect range the side arms kill faster? How does that make sense? Fix it!
