Nerf pulses and skip nade tracking and slight range debuff to matador and party crasher that is all everything else is fine

Why do pulses need a nerf why not just fix bloom and start range drop off at thunderstrike melee range

Because thats supposed to be auto rifle range just need a slight debuff to damage its broke when 10/12 people in a pvp match are using the same pulses its obnoxious and takes close to no skill but in destiny you either use the meta or get rekt by it i want to use thorn first curse nlb or even palindrome but then cant compete against pulses

You must be in a different skill bracket because I see palindrome and Luna more than dragon depending on the map

I feel hancannons would be wayyyyy too strong if you only remove bloom. You have to either talk about removing the ability to 3-tap or make the damage drop off so bad the to cover medium to long range you have to equip a sniper

Im not saying buff hand cannons just nerf pulse damage so hand cannons can challenge them at close range

They already did that. And skilled hand cannon users already do win in close range. I'm not trying to make the game easier for people? Why the hell would you do that. For the "casual" player? This game is moving towards a more competitive place. Why would you make things easier to use
