Lower reliance on random mechanics such as bloom (ghost bullets) and random recoil, more emphasis on damage dropoff and aim assistance as balancing factors. This will lower reliance on range and stability perks as god rolls Reward contributions beyond pure last-hits of kills. Allow team shot strategies such as body shot sniper into AR cleanup to become viable and not feel like a kill steal or lost kill. Consider overwatch-style "elimination" concept, ARs with poor TTKs or snipers that are good for body shots will then have viable roles. Will also help with the secondary meta, where the secondary is the tool of choice because the kill is paramount. If the primary is dignified in its role as setup or cleanup for effective secondary use by a teammate, there is no need to buff primaries to the point where they overpower secondaries.
