My thoughts - Shotguns are not OP - Yes Matador arch needs a slight range nerf, but Impact is what needs to be nerfed in this class IMO. Movement speeds in the game with shotguns is what breaks them, not the gun itself. So how to counter it? As your health gets lower you get slower when you have a Special equiped! Agility will matter more now, primaries will have a faster movement speed than secondaries. People using better agility will actually be able to use it.. but without the armor they can be taken down easier. Right now agility really does not make a difference. (Movement speed from side to side or out of sprint will not change) Juggernaut and Warlock mellee need a nerf. Handcannons need a buff and a nerf - Buff RNG bullets, get ride of bloom, make falloff damage so its detrimental to the gun at further than mid range. Nerf Aim Assist, right now chest shots are headshots. Nerf the damage to counter bloom, Palindrone is a 1 head 2 body kill- should be 2 head 1 body to kill. Same for Ill Will types.. except it should be 1 head 2 body. Make the faster RoF ones usable by increased range compared to these 2 archetypes. Take off HCRs for Pulse Rifles (EXCEPT RED DEATH) Buff Red Death to a 2 shot headshot kill to lower health guardians - 33 per headshot = 198 Buff Low RoF Pulse to 34 per headshot making it a 2 shot kill = 204 Buff ARs slightly in damage, but counter them with faster range falloff. Scouts are fine, they have their place on bigger maps. LAST BUT NOT LEAST - BUFF all guns to 100% accuracy while jumping! If i jump and put my retical on your head the bullets should go there.. regardless of if its a Scout;Pulse;Sniper... thats where I aim thats where the bullet should go! This would give a vertical counter to everything. Everyone knows that a HC and shotgun are the ONLY 2 guns that have this.. this needs to be that way across all guns to balance the game.
