Sandbox team is either extremely incompetent or simply don't care. Not sure which but I'm leaning towards not caring. All the balances have resulted in nerfs; besides Y2 pulserifles. Just buff primaries and shotguns won't be a problem... buff snipers and fusions while you're at it. Have some vareity.
That'd be awesome, but you all probably think Time to Kill (TtK) is still to low. Have fun with the nerfs, I'll still be playing. I'm cursed :(

Most of their resources are being used to develop destiny 2 at this point. Which this game is already a lost cause so please stop begging them to distract themselves from making a glorious new destiny by delegating their resources to patch this failed one
