Crucible ban

Dear Bungie, After a long time playing destiny, i have the proof that your ability to stand on the online gaming is unvaluable. I played a long time since february of this year and when i logged in Today i was banned from crucible and trials of osiris. Since when i started playing, i had never found an online playing as orrible as yours, because from the first day of playing destiny i found much more bad connections than mine. i know that my Country has the worst connection in the world, but this isn't an excuse to make me out of crucible because of it. I want to add that the last time i played osiris's trials, i found people that were worst than me at connection, I Have been DDOS, foud cheaters that didn't die and even lag switchers that the only way to become legends of destiny was cheating. This mail is a complaint of how bad is your server is at this moment, starting with the problem of entering RISE OF IRON, and ending with crucible laggers. If you banned me, then what will you do with the people that are WORST than me. I will wait for a direct response of yours. Sincerly Leons1590

I will only speak on your "connection" statement.
i know that my Country has the worst connection in the world, but this isn't an excuse to make me out of crucible because of it.
Well, if you know your connection is that bad and you admitted you did, then you should not be playing Crucible, Trials, Iron Banner, or any other player-vs-player events and should stick to strikes, raids, etc. With connection issues, it makes you glitch all over the screen and seemingly not be affected by shots because where you appear to other players is not really where you are. Knowing you had a bad connection, but played in PvP anyway can be interpreted as cheating because you gain an unfair advantage, so yes, it IS an excuse for Bungie to restrict you from Crucible.
This mail is a complaint of how bad is your server is at this moment
There are NO dedicated PvP servers from Bungie. You connect via peer-to-peer and if you have poor connect, it causes issues for everyone. Your connection, whether via ISP or router settings, is the issue, not Bungie. Look into how you are connected (wifi or wired) and your router settings and if you are wired and you have the configuration Bungie says to use on your router, then your next step is contact your provider. Complaining here to Bungie for servers they do not have is fruitless because they are not the issue in your case. Once your restriction is lifted, I suggest staying away from player vs player (Crucible, Trials, Iron Banner, etc.) activities until you get your connection issues resolved. Speed isn't everything. Latency and packet loss is what mostly matters. If you do choose to go back into PvP activities with a bad connection, you risk more restrictions or even a ban because you knowingly have an unfair advantage.
