If SBMM Is removed were gonna be stuck with CBMM. I would rather fight laggy players near my level than fight a player with 2.5K elo with a crisp connection.

Before SBMM the frequency of being matched with much better skilled teams and being stomped by them had the only result of high levels of frustration and lack of motivation to keep playing crucible. I surely prefer a sweaty match against equally skilled teams than being stomped or stomp different skilled teams. Being stomped only generates frustration. Stomping weaker teams has absolutely no challenge or sense of achievement, it's like playing a game in easy mode.

For the billionth time, you wouldn't always be facing top tier players. It's quite rare in fact. Also, playing better players makes you better

Your right, you wouldn't always be facing top tier players but there's a higher chance your going to face a player better than you. Fighting players better than you can make you better but it can also make you worse, SBMM finds players around your skill level, if CBMM finds someone way below you, your more likely to do better that game, but what if it finds someone way above you? You cannot improve from going against low tier players one game then going up against high tier players the next it needs to be balanced. I do agree that connection matters, lag switchers and players with a high ping need to be monitored.

Lag switchers is actually very very rare in this game. In fact, cheating in general is extremely rare. Its just p2p and their netcode. Its a bad combo.

Lag switchers + ddos'ers are very common in Destiny. Ever play Trials?

Ddos has never happened a single time in this games history. A very large group of people with server access or hundreds of computers aren't going to be used for trials of osiris.

You make them descope, back up by tossing a grenade their way. Use cover to your advantage. If your grenade is on point it'll make them move, then you just have to be quick at taking them out. Place cover in between yourself and your opponent. Throw the grenade to their right, attack from the left. Be unpredictable
