Step 4 out of their 5 step list has to be removed entirely. It's exactly the reason why this matchmaking is broken. The game should try SBMM, no problem with that...but Connection should be top tier no matter what. The ONLY factor that has to be corrupted in order to find a match is Skill. This would solve so many problems...not all, but many.
