Rise Of Iron Pre-Ord
I pre-ordered Rise of Iron from Best Buy yesterday via an add on content card for PS4, but never received my activation code. After I spent an hour on the phone with Best Buy support they informed me that they would not email codes until the actual release day of the game. Will this affect me getting the Iron Gjarllarhorn? It was my understanding I had to order the content and have my code submitted before release date, but I can't do that if Best Buy isn't sending them before release. A little clarification would be helpful.

3 RepliesWell, I got my pre order code from Best Buy about a day and a half before the release date and I entered it at that time. However, I did not receive the pre order bonuses (iron gjallarhorn or gjallarwing). I called Best Buy today and they said I should get an email from someone within 24 hours, likely within 3 to 4 hours. It's been over 12 hours so far. Something tells me I'm going to be calling them again tomorrow. Anyone else pre order from Best Buy and having this problem?
