Raid chest problems.
Hey, just want to report a bug.
At the end of the raid last night, one of our fire team members opened his initial chest. (Boss kill chest), and then proceeded to open the second chest, consuming his siva cache key and no rewards dropped.
We went to the tower assuming one of his slots were full and found just an empty postmaster.
Are these keys meant to guarantee a drop? Or just another chance at a drop?

9 RepliesLol It's not a glich or any problem at all. The RNG is deliberately set up for that. It's been in this game since it was released. He got exactly what he was supposed to get and that was nothing. This is a common thing everyone should know by now that has put any time into this game. This is set up to happen in every single raid and it will continue to happen throughout this game's life span.
