Social spaces are near impossible to play right now.

My wife and I are at the point where the game is basically unplayable. I'm not trying to be dramatic, either. Odd enough, the problem only really shows itself in the in-game social spaces. Regular missions seems to be fine, I have no tried PvP. So anyway, in the Social spaces of the game, it seems to take 15-30 seconds to interact with any items or quests in the game. Any time an item or quest is interacted with we the standard "Contacting Destiny Servers" message. See the attached video for an example. This makes the Postmaster, Vault, and Engram Decoders near impossible to deal with. If it was just a time thing, I'd try to just push through it, but for some reason we seem to be on a countdown as well. Everytime we join a Social space, we have about 2-3 minutes before we get a black screen. When we get this black screen, about 50% of the time it loads us back into the social space after a solid minute, 25% of the time it kicks us to orbit, the other 25% of the time it fully kicks us to the title screen. We've seen Baboon, Beaver, and Weasel all pop up when this happens. One of the oddest parts about it, is that we also get kicked out of our PSN party sporadically when this happens. Naturally, this makes me think it's a problem with our ISP or equipment, but we play several games together (we each have our own PS4) and we have no issues playing other games. We've noticed that staying out of the PSN party seems to increase the time we can spend in a social space from 2-3 minutes to 5-6 minutes. Both our PS4s have a NAT type of 2. I've done the standard reset of network equipment. I have a fiber connection. We never had any problems before, but we stopped playing about June, and only started back up again this last Saturday. The problems were there, then, before Rise of Iron went live, but after the big Rise of Iron patch was installed. If I can provide any additional information, please let me know P.S. in the video, I hit the Continue button around the 5 second mark for the first time. Edit: Solved! Through a very kind stranger, we realized there was an irregular loop in my home network. By irregular, I mean that apparently COAX counts as a network connection to some DVR devices. So my main Modem was connected to a Cisco router upstairs via Cat5, and also to the Cisco router via coax Via DVR via Cat5. I hope that helps anyone else. I haven't been able to test my wife's PS4 yet, but mine seems to be without issue at this point.
