The upgrade appears to be available for me in the xbox store. Does this mean you fixed it bungie? This is big news for a good few people if you did. There should be an announcement!

This doesn't get fixed by Thursday, I'm gonna call Microsoft on the community solution to get it done. This is ridiculous. Spend nearly $600 on the one and accessories for it.

I checked the xbox one smart glass app and the collection upgrade is available for me to pre order ($52.99CAD) but I checked actual xbox one store and xbox.com store and it is still listed as coming soon Wtf?

It was in the ad that it would be R$59 until september 29. The actual price it's way to expensive for a DLC, no way anyone will buy it. The motive I'm complaining it's simply because the ad said the date for the sale would expire. I'm actually feeling injured. I'm from Brazil and at the store Destiny - The Collection Upgrade, is avaiable for me to buy, but it's most expensive, than only to buy the DLC Rise of Iron, and only the DLC now, is not avaiable anymore. I want to buy the DLC, but don't have way to buy. Waiting for some solution from your partie bungie

Hello, I have purchased TTK and have all of the expansions and I am unable to preorder Rise of Iron unless it is the Bundle. Please let me know when this gets resolved or what I need to do to get the preorder. Thanks! Looking forward to playing Rise of Iron on 9/20/2016!!!!

This isn't just people upgrading from legacy consoles, I started playing originally on a 360 bought an xbox one in march 2015 with the original Destiny and bought the expansion at the same time from xbox store, I bought the Taken King in Aug 2015 (again from xbox store) and yet I can't buy ROI it says only available in bundle!!

I transferred my data in the trial version of Destiny on Xbox One, thinking I would then be able to purchase 'The Collection Upgrade'; obviously I can't. Great. No transferable progress for 1000+ hour game and no idea when I'll be able to actually even play the current game. Thank-you so much Bungie, you're great.

I upgraded to xbox1 last week and I keep getting green engrams. I'm at light level 324. Can any only till me why. I used 12 stolen runes at court. And got all blue and greens engrams.

I see everythings gone from the xbox store except the collection edition. Does that mean youre finally fixing it?

I noticed something weird on Xbox Live. I searched House of Wolves/Dark Below and the DLCs didn't exist(kinda). They were only available through the Taken King expansion.So my theory is that only the people who bought the Taken King(with all the previous expansions) can buy the Upgrade( i personally bought all of them seperetaly), hard to confirm though since I am busy working these days.

My friends who have ttk could purchase this yet it's still "unavailable" to me. Fix it or I'll spend my $40 on another game I can actually play. This is the penalty for not buying the same exact thing twice I guess. Come on bungie!

Bungivision, it seems you need a lesson in customer service. If you've promised players this upgrade opportunity at a discounted price and they've bought the new consoles, then you've made the product "unavailable" it would wise to inform them of at least an ETA of when the problem will be fixed. If you don't provide an ETA then you should offer a deal; if they buy 'Destiny: The Collection' at full price then, if illegible, they should receive however much the cost of 'Destiny: The Collection - Upgrade' discounted as in-game currency (Silver) or as Microsoft store credit. [b]TL;DR[/b] Bungivison should allow players to buy 'Destiny: The Collection' (full price) with some kind of reward back (Silver or Microsoft store credit).
