FIXED I'm trying to purchase the Collection Upgrade. I previously owned a disc copy of Vanilla Destiny and digital copies of all DLCs for Xbox 360. The Xbox One store says Destiny-The Collection Upgrade is currently not available. Any help would be appreciated.

Week 2 player, PLEASE HELP. I have only EVER purchased Destiny and expansions and any-ALL DLC via digital stores. No hard copies have ever been purchased. I am CURRENT on all subscriptions and available content. When I view the ROI tab above earth it says that I am missing requirements to purchase. Is this because I port forwarded digital vanilla destiny?

SO, I pre-ordered the standalone DLC from Gamestop, and all I got was a currency code for $30, so then i went to the Xbox Store to purchase the pre-order and the option was disabled to buy it. I don't know what is going on, but even in-game, there is no option to purchase just the preorder, only the $60 collection.

Can't get rise of iron on its own only collection do not need collection .what is going on

Day before the game releases and I cannot Pre-Order! I'm literally trying to throw money at you guys and cannot. I was Pre-Ordering bc I wanted the Pre-Order bonuses. Also, I don't want to the Collectors Edition...I don't need all of the other stuff, as I already own it. I just need the Rise of Iron!

I am unable to pre-order Rise of Iron without buying the collectors bundle and I don't need a bundle. xbox Will I be able to buy the game once its released. This is ridiculous. Its literally hours before Rise of Iron is available, and I'm still seeing this issue PREVENTING LOYAL XB1 players from upgrading WITHOUT FORCING US TO REBUY!!!!! THE ENTIRE 60 DOLLAR collection? Seriously cut the horseshit bungie what is going on? Sounds like some PURPOSELY created confusion to prevent us from upgrading for 30 bucks, instead SURE SEEMS like you and microsoft are attempting to make or TRICK people into just buying the FULL $60 COLLECTION. Same issue as everyone else. Attempting to preorder for myself and two kids... not possible without paying 60 bucks a pop for content we already have. Just want ROI. Ridiculous and sad.

Xbox don't let me purchase ROI even though I pre ordered from gamestop. It says to go to the store and download it, when I try it says "only available as a bundle" and I already own all other expansions

When I am going to be able to pre-order ROI? Who is accountable for this issue. Bungie? Gamestop? Microsoft? What kind of racket is this? I got totally slighted by Gamestop who was marketing this as a digital download when it was actually just $30 of Microsoft Credits. Now I can't even download the game because "Available only as part of a bundle". I have all the expansions. This is one of the worst consumer experiences I've ever had in my life. I honestly feel ripped off by Gamestop. In my mind, this is a smear on Bungie's reputation as well. Where you at Deej?? WTH man. This is nonsense. I'm hearing that I'm going to have to purchase an additional $5 in Microsoft Credits to pay for sales tax. This is outrageous! But hey, Gamestop offered that I purchase those credits from them. What a joke and a slap in the face. Gamestop will never have my business again. SMH.

Bought the preorder from Gamestop, redeem code, gives me $30, tries to go to marketplace to once again try to get the preorder, is not available. Was looking forward to the preorder perks but i guess not.

For those trying to purchase the Expansion through Xbox One or Xbox App: Search for "Rise of Iron" in the Xbox Store from your Xbox or XBox Windows 10 App - make sure to select the one that has "- Preorder" If you go to Destiny or Search Destiny in the store you will never find what you need. There's a crap load of versions in the store that say they are part of a bundle... This is the only one the store will let you buy from my experience. This worked for everyone i know in RL that had this issue - but you have to make sure to find/select the correct one out of many in the store. Good Luck, PS. If Bungie was on top of their *stuff* they should have started a new thread because this one i believe was meant specifically for the Collection Upgrade - not the rest of us who already own Destiny thru Taken King on Xbox One having issues purchasing the Expansion.

My buddy cannot buy the stand alone expansion of Rise of Iron through the Xbox console or through xbox.com. My buddy has been trying since last week and neither of us can find it, just the Collection. The stand alone cannot be found anywhere. Has anyone found a way in the last few days?
