The class is shown to be underpowered in pvp, and therefore deserves to be brought up.

What makes it op in pve? Its utility? As it stands, both gunslinger and bladedancer were considered op in pvp and up in pve, but with the recent changes, both of those classes are arguably op in both pvp and pve.
