They arn't bad, they're just hard to use. Well, they're hard to use if you don't plan on universal remote + no back up plans whoring the whole game.

Dude, I hate that play style. I keep a last word in my inventory whenever I see someone doing that.
-
I'm a shotgun lover, but even I tend to stick away from universal remote.
-
I think that the universal remote was a wonderful idea, when special ammo was plentiful. But, with the way special ammo is super powerful now, and primary weapons have such a slow time to kill, it's just incredibly powerful. I'd make a similar argument for the NLB, but that still has some draw backs. Where I see none with the remote.

"They arent bad" Yet they average a total .1% lower then the other classes? And dont tell me "oh, people dont use the class right" or "all the bad people use defender" because the mathematical probability of that is astronomically low

You ever consider it's because their abilities arn't geared towards killing? All of the defenders abilities are great, but they don't do a lot of damage. 1 Bubble will rarely ever net you as many kills as 1 GG or 1 Blade dance. That graph you keep obnoxiously spamming all over the forums is more indicative of the killing power of a subclasses abilities than anything else.
-
If killing power is the problem, then there is a simple fix. Allow the bubble to deal damage when activated. Maybe a small shockwave similar to FoH?
-
Lack of killing power isn't a problem, they make up for it with utility. Bungie has said that teams with a defender titan on them are far more likely to succeed. Especially in objective based games where using the bubble to hold down an area can really shine. Defenders are a strong class, you just can't always expect them to boast the same kds as the classes with roaming supers.

So a defender is only good when with a team? Does that not sound like a problem? The fact that a class is only good under a set of circumstances not common in crucible shows that there is an imbalance in the way of how defender works.
