The game simply does not play balanced . Latency gets too high. People don't take damage. Sometimes you have the drop on everyone. Sometimes they have the drop on you and you can't kill anything. It's just not balanced or fun it's like RNG who will win. The debate is ridiculous really. You need to make sure matches stay under a stable 50 millisecond ping. In Destiny you probably can add another zero to that number
