SBMM is trash. When a game that already has shit hit detection trumps skill based matchmaking over connection, it makes the experience that much worse. It needs to be connection based, what it is now isn't working and hasn't been working for a while.

There aren't a "shitton" of people with high k/d's. If that were true it would negate them from being "high" by definition. SBMM is better for the majority of people. Most of whom don't have high k/d's. I agree with mtashed that it's probably better for the overall community and the longevity of the game. I like to curb stomp just as much as the next guy but if that's my only focus then that makes me a selfish douche.
