Our records are indicating that your account received both the Level 25 Titan and Warlock Class packs. You may want to ensure that you have checked the Postmaster and Inventories of all of your characters, as well as the General section of your Vault.

This is why I stopped playing this game a while back. As long as this game has been out and you still haven't worked the easiest of crap out. I spent 30 bucks on a warlock booster pack and never received it. I purchased it under my new gamer tag (x zero x c00l) the O's in cool are zeros because I'm sure you couldn't figure that out. Either give me the pack or give me a code for my money back this game is ridiculous

I have done both of those and the only one I have is the Titan pack which is sitting in the vault at the moment.

Did you purchase the Titan pack and the Warlock pack at the same time or on different days? Also, did you delete and re-create any characters after you purchased the packs?

Before purchasing the packs I was creating characters and trying them out and would delete them I they weren't aesthetically what I was going for. Once I got the warlock and the Titan the way I wanted I went and purchased both packs at the same time. And in the notifications tab both showed up but in game I only received one(Titan)

If you guys want, I can give you my Xbox log in and password..... The Lvl 25 warlock pack is simply not there. Not in the inventory of any character or at the postmaster of any character. As I said above, the only one I received is the Tran pack which I put in the Vault.

Our records are showing that the Warlock pack was purchased a few days ago. This indicates that there may be a discrepancy in your licenses. To troubleshoot this I would recommend the following: 1) Clear your console cache using this guide: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 2) Restore licenses again using this guide: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If that does not resolve the issue, you will need to contact Xbox Support again to further troubleshoot the licenses discrepancy.

Purchased one boost for a warlock a couple days prior. Played the warlock for a bit and decided I wanted to create all female awoken characters. Previously I had 1 awoken male Hunter lvl 318, 1 Exp male Hunter 318, and one female awoken Hunter 319. I deleted two characters and created a human female warlock that had the boost in the inventory. I decided I wanted just all awoken females and deleted the character. After that I created 1 awoken female warlock and 1 awoken female Titan. I contacted Microsoft and said I didn't use the warlock pack and deleted the character and when I went to download it again it wouldn't let me. They said "since it was unused we will refund you and you will have a blank slate to repurchase and use on the characters that you are going to keep. With that said and refund all done and having a blank slate I purchased the warlock Lvl 25 boost and the Titan Lvl 25 boost yesterday. After purchasing they both came up in notifications tab as "ready to use" after going in I only received the Titan boost. After that is when we got into those topic and been going in circles ever since.

I do have the Titan boost in the vault so that isn't a problem, it's just the warlock boost that I need. And I still have the license and the warlock and Titan boost are still in the Destiny manage game section where it shows all the DLCS and add ons etc.

A hick-up or whatever we want to refer to it as, doesn't seem like it should take this long. Why doesn't Bungie have a customer support rep? I get there are a lot of stupid nonsensical posts but this is actually legitimate and I have a feeling IT IS NOT Going to get resolved today, I've kinda reached my limit on how much I can stand from Bungie, Microsoft/Wal Mart/Sprint you name it they score terrible in customer service reviews, but at least you can call and get a straight answer. This better get resolved today.

So if you can't give an "accurate estimate" what would be a rough estimate. We are going on almost 24hrs. I haven't logged into Destiny just cause of this situation, why work towards something and put forth effort when the problem you are having is still persisting. It's a video game and all, but IB is a grind and I can't even participate without the Lvl boosters, sooner you guys figure out id appreciate it.

Even a rough timeframe? I was hoping to get to 25 on the Warlock and Titan grind till 40 and participate in IB before it ends. In your opinion, not as a Bungie rep, do you think it's a possibility? Thanks, Ryan

Really?! God, their own customer support that they have on the pay roll can't even handle an issue like this? That's awful. Kudos to him/her for helping out but people who are actually employed at Bungie are the ones responsible to fix this.
