Today I purchased the lvl 25 boost for a warlock. It hasn't showed up at postmaster at all. I started 2 new characters and the one for the Titan went fine but not the warlock. I uninstalled the purchase in manage storage on XB1 an reinstalled from the store but it still is not showing up. I'd like to get the fixed ASAP, Bungie please respond in a timely fashion. I have the receipt number and everything and I've already talked to Microsoft for 40+ minutes.

I believe there is a discrepancy between Microsoft allowing you to rebuy it and the Game only allowing one per account even after you delete it. Microsoft letting you repurchase it again is the problem. As it blocks second purchase for this very reason.

Still no reply from Bungie help, who would of thought? If this doesn't go anywhere meaning a reply from customer service I'm copying and pasting it to general so everyone can see how lackluster customer support is and maybe people will think twice on purchasing those "amazing new emotes" coming on 4/12. No 1-800 number and no response to the forum that Bungie themselves direct you to shows their true colors.

Alright, Obviously I'm not going to get any further assistance. AWESOME! I did exactly what I was told to do and still I purchased something and didn't get it. It's not a license or a cache problem or a misplaced item. Bungie you need to figure this out soon! I'm getting really aggravated that I spent money and I get tossed back and forth. Microsoft says my license is valid and shows it was purchased TODAY after that they said they couldn't help any further because they are not the developer. You guys need to fix it!

34 RepliesHi Mr Obi Wan 1985, Our records are indicating that your account received both the Level 25 Titan and Warlock Class packs. You may want to ensure that you have checked the Postmaster and Inventories of all of your characters, as well as the General section of your Vault. If after checking the above, you are still unable to locate the Warlock Class pack, you may want to try restoring your licenses.
