  • No, not after purchasing the boost. Created a warlock went through the first mission. Created a Titan went through the first mission. Went to Xbox 1 store bought the lvl25 boost for both warlock and Titan and only the Titan showed up at the postmaster.

  • I did everything in the article and it still doesn't show up..... What do I do now? I already bought the thing and the Titan one showed up fine so why not the warlock? I have the receipts and all. I have no clue what's going on here but if hope Bungie actually messages me back mediate clocking out for the day. "Your move Bungie"

  • In my notifications tab it said hold x to launch Titan pack and then a second box said hold x to launch warlock pack. Titan pack worked fine and warlock pack did nothing. I'm honestly about to just call Microsoft an tell them to refund me.

  • Thanks, but I really just want the boost to work. I'm kind of short on time at the moment and I understand the boost isn't the "greatest deal" but I'd really like to avoid just grinding it all out. If it's not going to work at all though, hell yes! I want my money back! Is a Bungie employee ever going to reply to this?

    Really does it take this long to get a response? This is ridiculous. Seriously aggregated at this, we can buy it right away but when there is a problem they already have their money and don't care. If I don't get this fixed today I'm uninstalling and not looking back. Really wanted to change from three 318 hunters to one of each character, so I delete the two hunters and start fresh and here I am, bought a product and got half of what I paid for and Bungie can't even address it in a timely manner. This customer service is on par with Wal Mart.
