Talk is cheap. It's easy to say they will be different this time but it's all about the actions or lack thereof. This company needs to infuse serious capital into this game to retain even their most loyal fanbase. There is a point where a company tries to invest as little financial resources into a product to maximize its return before they cut too much back and drive away the paying customer. I think Bungie grossly overestimated brand loyalty and took the consumer for granted. I truly believe they miscalculated the impact of their neglect and the sales for the next expansion and Destiny 2 will hit them hard.
