If the next expansion is a Cabal one,can we have a Minigun?

If the new expansion is a Cabal themed one could we have a Minigun as an exotic Heavy weapon please? My ideas is something like this: Name: T-800/C4B4L-BR34K3R (just an idea!) This gun has persistence and explosiv rounds always active and all shots over penetrate targets,It is solar damage It has 400-600 rounds in the mag in PVE and 200-300 in PvP no reserve ammo,if you pick up heavy ammo in PVE/PVP you have to empty the mag before you can reload this gun and it has a very long time to reload. When this gun is equipped it reduces the movement and weapon handling(it takes 2-3 sec to switch/ready to this gun and you moving like in the echo chamber strike when you hold the relic thing,or traped in a smoke bomb.....very very slow and you can't jump) Exotic perk: double kills with this gun gives an armor boost for a short time and has bonus damage against cabal(Hannibal perk) But the thing with this gun is: you can't ADS With this gun,instead when you press the aiming button(L2 on ps4) the barrels start rotating and it gets ready for shooting,if you press the fire button normally (R2 on ps4) the barrels have to start to rotating before it fires(it takes 2-4 sec to shoot) My thoughts on this gun is like this: You move very slow and the handling is not the best but you can melt everything that is in front of you..... And it is not Op in pvp for some crybabys Oh and this gun is the highest fire rate archetype LMG Edit: Change to Solar Typ ;) Thanks guardians Edit: removed exotic perk: This gun can fire until the mag is empty......   • Interesting idea, however there is something I should point out. There's a reason auto rifles & LMGs don't have explosive rounds, that much flashing on a player's screen would probably put them at risk of getting epilepsy (seizures) Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the idea so how about this? Stats: RoF: 100* Impact: 23 Range: 9 Stability: 13 Reload: 0 Magazine: 450 (can not be buffed by machine gun ammo perks) Aim Assistance: 57 Perks: Element: Solar Integrated perk: Juggernaut: This weapon cannot be reloaded, significantly increased armor and drastically decreased agility while this weapon is equipped. Barrels: CQB Ballistics: -range, +stability Linear Compensator: +range and impact, -stability, more predictable recoil Soft Ballistics: -impact, +stability First perk: Crowd control Modifier perks: Single Point Sling Quickdraw Hannibal Exotic perk: Focused Light: This weapon fires faster over time and rounds ricochet after pressing melee and grenade while super is charged until super expires. (The super will finish draining after about 10 seconds)
