Most people in this nation haven't really evolved intellectually.

Democrats make up the majority of the population sooo
-
It's always one or the other with people like you, which is what I'm referring to. Some people value logic and rationale over politics or beliefs. A democrat can be just as ignorant as a republican. A republican can very intelligent. A person with a confederate flag tattoo might not be married to their sibling, etc. It's not Democrat or Republican that determine how intelligent you are, it's your ability to think for yourself. When you regurgitate everything that your parents/news/politician tells you without actually taking a step back, and looking at the situation objectively, then you are probably a moron.
I don't know you, so I'm not referring to you.
It was just a satirical logic process lol

But I put so much work into my post :/

No they don't deserve any rights at all. If you think that mentally ill people shouldn't be allowed to own guns which is a human right in the United states then any LGBT members shouldn't have rights either because they have mental disorders/illnesses

Nice b8.

Not bait at all its true.

Edited by Sloob, Grinder of Balls: 2/26/2016 2:37:11 AMYou wouldn't know the truth if it shoved a hot iron up your ass you moron.

Edited by Black: 2/26/2016 3:20:15 AMSorry I'm not an idiot unlike you. I actually know what I'm talking about. Don't be so butt hurt that the truth has finally been shown to you whether you like it or not. If it isn't true then please explain how ignorant you are. Because whether you like it or not you can't prove me wrong no matter what. I've said the truth. You can disagree all you want but everything I've said it backed up by facts.
-
Ok. First off let me apologize. I let my emotions get the best of me. Something I never should've done. But let me ask you this question: Why do you think that they have a mental disorder/illness?
-
Edited by Black: 2/26/2016 3:31:15 AMI understand it's not easy to hear but you know sometimes the truth is a bitch. Also it's been proven that being gay is a mental disorder(it was taken off the list because of it being politically incorrect) and being transgender is a mental Illness it's called gender dysphoria is the true term. It's mostly considered these things because it's not normal. There is something wrong in the brain to cause these things or the beliefs that you want to(or choose) be gay. Now as this goes on it hasn't been proven that you're born gay, but there is proof it's a choice, but some people don't believe in that proof. It's one of those weird things. My whole point was the LGBT community wants more rights, but at the same time human rights are being tampered because someone is not mentally healthy. I was just pointing out something there's more important things instead of pushing for more rights how about focus on the human rights that are tampered with.
-
People with mental illnesses that make them prone to violence or aggression shouldn't have guns. I can't say I've heard of one survey that has shown that being gay makes you more likely to shoot someone. Come to think of it I've never heard of a major gun crime committed by someone who's LGBT because they were LGBT.

You're missing the whole point
-
Please, enlighten me.
-
It doesn't even matter what type of illness you have mentally. If you have one or even depression you are less likely to be able to buy a gun which is a human right. They're taking away human rights because of mental health. So if they can take away rights because of mental health then the LGBT community shouldn't have human rights either.

Edited by LowIQPlayz3445: 2/25/2016 9:04:30 PM1. Owning a gun is not a human right. According to the Second AMENDMENT (Amendment: a change in a legal document), the American people have the right to own guns. However, the amendment has been amended. This is allowed. It's why slavery and prohibition are no longer in our laws. The laws that made them legal were
amended.
2. Even those in mental asylums have most of the rights given to citizens in United States Law. So having a single non-violent mental disorder should not take your away your right to own a firearm. 3. Do you just hate gay people?
-
The second amendment has never been amended. Sure, before the Constitution was established it was most likely slightly edited, but there has NEVER been an amendment to the second
-
I'm aware it hasn't been amended, but that doesn't make it immune to the idea. There's a first time for everything
-
Edited by Black: 2/25/2016 9:08:44 PMActually anything under the Constitution or an amendment is a human right in the United states. Look it up go ahead. So yes owning a gun in the United states is a human right and should not be denied to anyone no matter what is wrong with them. Also I do hate gay I hate everyone that is apart of the LGBT community. Our human rights should not be tampered with so since it is being tampered with LGBT community shouldn't have human rights either. And I quote "Human rights in the United States comprise a series of rights which are legally protected by the Constitution of the United States, including the amendments, state constitutions, conferred by treaty, and enacted legislatively through Congress, state legislatures, and state referenda and citizen's initiatives. Federal courts in the United States have jurisdiction over international human rights laws as a federal question, arising under international law, which is part of the law of the United States."
