Another forever 319 here as well. My titan has been there for weeks. Now I'm short a 320 class item to fix it. I'm one or two armour pieces away from 320 on my alts as well (both 319 as well). Seems like Bungie just want us to grind away.

Same. Do you know if IB drops 320 class items?

I believe it does drop class items when you reach a certain rank. However light level is dependent on RNG.
