I don't think it is at all the same, not the same reasons at all. I'll bet artistic integrity and decisions were not at play here.

The old CEO authorized what happened to Marty. Screw the old CEO hopefully destiny will improve now lol. Don't get me wrong I love the game but we all know the state its in right now...
