Cap? I farmed exclusion zone this morning. Used two consumables one after the other and was getting glimmer the whole time. When does the cap kick in?
Just read a bit further down and it resets every time you die.
Do exclusion zone. Kill the rocket dude after the first drop ship leaves then all the majors but leave the two centurions untouched and let them kill you when the all the yellow bars are dead and this let's you start the loop over. I get 5 runs on one consumable. Its something like 2500-3000 every ten mins.
That's what I do anyway.

Ah yes, the exclusion zone glimmer farm. I used to go there every week. Brings back memories... Wait-a-minute, I went back there just last week to fund some heavy ammo synth purchases; first time in quite a while though.

So where do you get glimmer now then?

Edited by BCNiSS: 1/25/2016 8:40:47 PMStrangely enough I don't go anywhere in specific and I don't calculate which ghost to equip. I just play story missions, strikes, Poe, raids, etc. and use the appropriate consumables for whomever I am facing. In addition to consumables, completing bounties, leveling up, and decrypting engrams all help me to not have to make a concerted effort to acquire glimmer. I will note that the gunsmith orders at 2500 glimmer a piece hurt my guardians wallet the most but I still recover by doing what I described above.

I'm only getting two weapons from him this week, didn't fancy the rest.

I agree that most of the gunsmith's offering are not appealing (this week in particular), however, I grab as many as I can across each character in order to dismantle for legendary marks and weapon parts. That helps me to avoid the grind for those materials/currencies.

See you on the b flag dude!!!
